Post-Tensioned Concrete
Steel cable-reinforced concrete slabs eliminate cracking. Cables are tensioned to 25,000+ PSI for a monolithic, crack-free surface that lasts decades.
Engineered Drainage
Courts are laser-graded to 1% slope specifications. Water drains within minutes, not hours—preventing puddles and extending surface life.
Heat-Reflective Coatings
Specialized acrylic systems reduce surface temperatures up to 15°F cooler than standard courts. Essential for Texas summers.
5-Layer Surface System
Acrylic resurfacer, filler coats, color coats, and line paint. Each layer bonds chemically for a unified, durable playing surface.
Construction Process
Professional court construction is a multi-phase process. Each step is critical to long-term performance.
Site Analysis
Soil testing, drainage assessment, and precise measurements. We identify any issues before breaking ground.
Excavation & Grading
Remove existing material, establish proper subgrade compaction to 95%, and laser-grade for exact slope.
Base Construction
4-6" aggregate base, followed by post-tensioned concrete slab with steel cables tensioned after curing.
Surface Application
Multiple coats of acrylic sport surfacing applied in proper conditions. Each coat cures before the next.
Striping & Finishing
Precision line striping with premium court paint. Net posts, fencing, and accessories installed.
